Shipping policy

Delivery: 
Hand-tufted carpets are custom-made; simple designs take about 30–40 days.
Hand-made designs can take 2–3 months depending on the complexity. 
Carpet boards (rolls) have their own designs, with a maximum width of 4 m, and production takes around 3 days.
Ready-made carpets are available for quick delivery within 2 days.

Installation Exclusions: 
* Client ensures clear access to installation area (clearing not included). 
* Client responsible for permissions, gate passes. 

Inspection & Claims: 
* Goods must be inspected at delivery and delivery note signed. 
* Defects or damages must be reported in writing within 48 hours. Later claims will not be accepted.
