Terms of service

Installation Exclusions: 
•⁠  ⁠Client ensures clear access to installation area (clearing not included). 
•⁠  ⁠Client responsible for permissions, gate passes. 

Inspection & Claims: 
•⁠  ⁠Goods must be inspected at delivery and delivery note signed. 
•⁠  ⁠Defects or damages must be reported in writing within 48 hours. Later claims will not be accepted. 

Governing Law: 
•⁠  ⁠These Terms & Conditions follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 
•⁠  ⁠Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
